Responsibilities & Context

Execute trade transactions for clients and acquire new accounts from the open market. Generate revenue and meet established brokerage targets. Demonstrate a proactive, diligent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach while managing high-pressure situations. Nurture and strengthen ongoing relationships with current customers.

Provide premium, highly professional customer service at all times. Fulfill any additional operational duties designated by management.

Age: Maximum 34 years. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in a competitive market. Good understanding of corporate sales, B2B business development, and solution-based selling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools will be an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in vehicle tracking, telematics, GPS solutions, fleet management, or technology-based sales will be considered an added advantage.
