The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its Retail Banking Division in the following position:

Grade: SO – SPO

Oversee centralized processing activities for home loan products, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely progression of applications.
Manage day-to-day business operations of home loan products, ensuring service quality, turnaround time, and data accuracy.
Prepare and analyse business reports and MIS to support management decision-making.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant external parties for smooth execution of business activities.
Support product and portfolio management activities, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
