Assistant/Associate Officer, Raw Store

• Receive raw materials and accessories as per required quantity, specification, quality standards, and supporting documents.

• Inspect and identify rejected/non-conforming raw materials and accessories and arrange their return as per procedure.

• Maintain store registers and records accurately and update the relevant software/system on a timely basis.

• Issue and distribute raw materials and accessories to respective sections/sub-centres as per approved requirements and maintain proper delivery records.

• Prepare weekly material demand/requirement reports and submit them to the Logistics Department, Head Office.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and timely availability of raw materials and accessories.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records; support regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Receive excess/unused materials returned from sub-centres and ensure proper inspection, documentation, and system/register updates.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation

• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
