Requirements

University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Relevant experience in Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management, preferably in a Real Estate/Land Development Company.
Candidates having experience in land customer service, real estate documentation, deed registration, mutation/namjari, possession/handover or installment management will be given preference.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the position based on their qualifications and competency.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of land/real estate customer service processes in Bangladesh.
Practical understanding of land-related documentation and registration procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers from different backgrounds.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
Good command of Bangla and English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and other office applications.
