Assistant Manager

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Generate new leads through digital marketing, personal networking, referrals, corporate connections and other channels.

Handle prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable real estate investment opportunities.

Conduct client meetings, property/project presentations, site visits and follow-ups.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Support the Sales Manager/Head of Sales in team management and daily sales operations.

Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion, follow-up activities and individual team performance.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and provide management updates.

Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Documentation, Accounts and other relevant departments.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information through CRM/lead management systems.

Participate in property fairs, corporate events, promotional campaigns and other business development activities.

Identify new business opportunities, investor segments and corporate sales channels.

Ensure professional communication and a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales process.

Follow company policies, sales procedures, compliance requirements and reporting standards.
