We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee our complete bakery production and overall factory operations, ensure strict quality and compliance, lead our production team, and drive operational efficiency and expansion.
Maintain strict factory hygiene and consistent product quality standards.
Oversee factory operations and schedule production to meet outlet demand.
Ensure food safety compliance, SOP adherence, and manage factory legal documentation.
Manage raw materials, inventory, and production costs.
Handle staffing, rostering, training, and team supervision.
Identify market growth opportunities and suggest expansion locations.
Monitor equipment maintenance and drive operational improvements.
