Job Title: Assistant Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and minimum unplanned downtime.
• Manage maintenance of the production line and Utilities.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct RCA, 5-Why, and CAPA for recurring equipment failures.
• Plan and execute shutdown, overhauling, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, suppliers, and production teams for technical support.
• Manage critical spare parts, maintenance costs, and alternative/local supplier development.
• Drive energy, water, utility, and maintenance cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance & safety with Coca-Cola standards.
• Lead and develop engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
• Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, SOPs, budgets, and technical documentation.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time, plant-based position at the Cumilla facility.
• The role may require working in shifts, including nights and weekends, and being available for on-call duties to respond to emergency situations.
• The work involves a combination of hands-on troubleshooting and desk-based planning.
