We are looking for two dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to lead our Marketing & Merchandising teams for two key international buyer portfolios: OshKosh & Carter's and Kmart. The selected incumbents will independently lead their respective buyer teams, driving business growth, strengthening strategic buyer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the merchandising process from product development to on-time shipment. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability through effective team management and operational excellence.

Brief JD

• Lead and manage merchandising operations for assigned buyer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers through regular communication and business reviews.
• Handle the complete order lifecycle from product development, costing, order confirmation, production follow-up, shipment, and payment realization.
• Negotiate prices with buyers while ensuring targeted profitability.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Sourcing, Commercial, Planning, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time approvals and shipments.
• Resolve production, quality, and delivery-related issues proactively.
• Identify business expansion opportunities and introduce new product categories.
• Lead, coach, and develop the merchandising team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
