Role Description The Assistant General Manager Human Resources will lead and manage core HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, and performance management for Rancon Global Trucks Limited. This full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka involves developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals and local regulations. The role includes overseeing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting learning and development programs to build capabilities across the organization. The Assistant General Manager Human Resources will collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategy, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain HR documentation and HRIS, and support organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
