• Responsible for project management of the VIP VIP canteen management regulations
• Promotion and Notification of VIP canteen Safety inspection
• VIP canteen Satisfaction Survey
• VIP canteen Cost Analysis
• Assume full responsibility for internal client dining and hospitality services, including the end-to-end coordination of banquets and business meals.
• Manage the selection, upgrading, and maintenance of the dining area, tableware, and supporting facilities to ensure they meet hospitality standards.
• Establish service standards and conduct training on hospitality etiquette for service staff; coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure food quality and smooth service workflows.
• Address personalized client requests, maintain order on-site, and enhance overall hospitality satisfaction.
