We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Admin & Operations Executive to join our growing team and help build the operational foundation of the company.
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Coordinate campaign schedules, logistics, and field activities
Maintain internal documents, records, reports, and operational data
Coordinate with team members, clients, vendors, and external partners
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Monitor ongoing activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Help develop and improve internal processes as the company grows
Support the management team with operational and administrative tasks
Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
