What would you do if you were me?

Late 20s, freelancing in art while bartending with some success, but not enough to quit the bar gig. Undergraduate degree in design from good school. (hasn't done anything for me lol) I'm feeling the urgency to go back to school or some sort of training to put myself in a better position. I'm naturally quite shit at maths and technical things, but I'm also on adhd meds for the first time in my life so might have a better shot at academia now than I ever had before. Open to lots of things, a bit scared to take on 5+ years of loans on top of the one I'm already paying on. I have good grades, not shockingly good. I've considered things like radiography, poli-sci, sommelier courses or trade school. What would you do if you were me?
