What jobs?

Been a stay at home parent for the last 3 years and the youngest is about to start day care after school starts back so in about a month or two. My wife is a nurse who works from home and we were hoping I could get a wfh job too. Problem is I really need a job that isn’t going to require a lot of talking bc my wife is otp a lot. What jobs offer remote positions that don’t require me to talk a lot or a ton of experience I’m young and only have 2 yrs of hospital experience as a patient care tech and 5 months as a shuttle driver driving cars off the factory floor to be shipped got 3 promotions while I was there into a team lead position but that’s all. Any help or any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you PS: hopefully not breaking any rules here I’m not seeking a job I’m just seeking advice on what jobs are available remotely out there and I only added my experience not my skills if I am breaking rules I’m sorry
