What is an interview debrief?
I had an internal job interview at a company for a Quality Assurance role. I had a panel interview 2 weeks ago. One of the managers scheduled an interview debrief. I can’t tell what this means, I can’t tell if I was runner up or if he wants to talk about next steps. I work with the manager on shift so I’m debating on asking before our meeting what it means. Should I be patient and wait until our meeting in 7 days or ask him now if it’s good or bad news?
