WFH Job Search - Is Everything A Scam?

I've been searching for a WFH job for almost 6 months (due to having to move and be a caretaker for my disabled mother Sept. 1st), blasting out applications to basically everything that is entry level customer service/data entry/sales. Is everything a scam? Every single reply I've gotten from an application runs the same playbook. 1: Recruitment Email - Basic "After reviewing your application we are pleased to invite you to the interview stage". 2: Teams App Invite - Teams link to a "Text Only" interview process that feels like some sort of elaborate information phishing attempt. Am I being overly paranoid about this in assuming a reputable company would never conduct an interview process via Text Only chat? Or am I right here in assuming they're trying to scam me? This is happening on every job board, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed etc... and I'm just kind of beat down feeling like none of these job posts are real.
