Very convincing recruitment email maybe a scam?

I'm usually good at flagging scam emails. But this one is quite convincing, and because I'm looking to switch jobs, I really want this to be true. My previous manager who have recently been headhunted by a well-known media company here in London said that she's been headhunted in the same way. So she believes this is legit. Reasons why I think it's a scam: - each email long and very detailed, almost too detailed. I think the emails are written by AI but I also don't see a lot of the hallmarks of AI writing that I'm familiar with at work - generic email domain - suggested an 'executive positioning' paid service for the supporting documents they're asked for Reasons why I think it's real: - Lauren Miller's LinkedIn page shows history, lots of information, even recommendations, and posts - the service she suggested, Shine Bright LA, shinebright.us has a decent website, with social links that has years-old content, decent followers/subscribers, real-looking people in the years-old content, Yelp page with 30 reviews spanning back a few years - my ex-manager said that this is standard in hiring senior positions - not pushy or rushing me to give weird details I've only sent my CV, portfolio and motion reel - all of which are the same info available on my LinkedIn page. She's requested 3 supporting documents to demonstrate my creative leadership journey, how I align with Framestore and my creative philosophy/leadership approach. I have emailed the Senior Recruitment Manager of Framestore to confirm if this is a true recruitment email. Still waiting to hear back. I've gone back to Lauren and said I…
