VC funded company?
I’m at an ok place - but would like more many and not a toxic work environment. I interviewed at a company with hybrid schedule, few miles from my house, that would be a 12% pay increase. The team is small, the office is very small, and it’s VC funded. I’ve never had an experience at a VC funded company but I know the goal is usually to sell or become public. And there’s a board that makes decisions. Any experiences, questions I should ask?
