unsure on how my interview went

hello!! so i have been applying for jobs for about a year to get out of my current job. i hate my boss… I got an interview with a massive company for a new role they’re hiring. i also have a friend who works there but i didn’t end up telling her i had been called back for an interview. i go in, see her, giggle and agree to talk later. I then did my presentation- which ALL off my effort went into. oddly, i am very comfortable in interviews but im not sure how this one went. because of one AWFUL question I had asked at the end. for context, an old manager of mine, who i like to some extent, told me to ask this: “why wouldn’t u hire me?” 😭😭😭😭 I think my answers were wishy washy at times with a lot of follow up Qs, but the room started to laugh- they all seemed a bit confused and it was shut down quickly. my friend then looked at who was on the hiring list and it was mostly graduates. i’m still scared shitless but hope my personality shone through a little. please advise
