Terrible Interview, what do I do?

I had an interview today, and it was horrible. I was interviewing for an internship role, so I expected behavioral questions and questions about my CV. However, I was only asked about my interest in the field and about the specific role. I mainly applied because I of course want an internship, but it’s a role that I am unfamiliar with (quite niche). I’m worried that it seemed like I knew nothing and had no genuine interest (i was nervous and didn’t really know what to say). Has anyone experienced this before? :(
