Stay or go ?

Ok so I’ve been in a high stress sales role (debt relief) which I do well at. Did this at 3 big companies and I seem to have this pattern where I love it and then around 18 months I get burned completely out from metrics, kpi’s, paycuts, and other politics that complicate a simple job. So I’ve made 6 figures last year but haven’t made any real commission since January. Out of the 3, this current employer has a threshold before were commission eligible (which I feel is bs at any job). I’ve been surviving off my savings to pay my bills because the base pay is so low. After a year I haven’t received a raise nor title promotion. Love love love my coworkers and some of management is cool but the only thing to look forward to is an all expense paid Christmas party. Being in a remote high volume call center is rigid enough. We can’t even take a breather between calls. I took a break and came back and then was instantly reminded of why I left. Without a degree it’s a very lucrative job IF YOU GET LUCKY. It’s no skill to that job just luck and favoritism. Is it worth staying or should I just take a pay cut for a career job that requires a license. With the license I can make just as much money or more elsewhere
