Should I accept the job offer?

After 7 months of being unemployed and numerous interviews, I finally got a job offer. However I’m genuinely not sure what to do. I am torn between wanting a job and afraid of starting at the wrong place for me. In short: -financially the offer is close to what i got on my last job, which in the current market seems ok. -the interview process was mostly pleasant -the job seems to be chaotic with little to no support or supervision -2 reporting lines with functional manager being based in Asia (I’m in Europe so there is a few hours of time overlap) -travel to Asia required - which is honestly freaking me out as I have a severe roach phobia and get triggered even from photos or videos of the city I am expected to visit -significant cultural differences, for example work-life balance - people are working overtime a lot, totally ok with being on a call at 9pm which for me was a shock. I wouldn’t accept the role if I had another option. But I don’t have one right now and I’m spiralling. 😫 Should I give it a try anyways?
