Resubmit?
I applied for a position online with one of the big consulting companies. I am mot actively looking, but submitted because the description is nearly a perfect match to my interests and resume. (25 yrs in this industry across various leadership positions.) It was midnight as I worked my way through the site and at the last minute realized a cover letter was required. I out one together quickly in order to complete the submission. It’s been a few days and my status says the application has not been reviewed yet. Would it be outrageous for me to withdraw the submission and resubmit with a better cover letter? Mixed emotions. I need a sense of perspective from y’all.
