Recruiter who rejected me messaged me on Linkedin telling me about the same role she rejected me from….
I interviewed with a big tech company for 2 months and 6 rounds, made it through the final round, didn’t get the job, got ghosted when I asked for feedback, and now, 2 months later, a recruiter sent me a generic linkedin message saying she saw my profile and thought I’d be perfect for the job she is hiring for, the SAME JOB I interviewed for 2 months ago. The best part is, she is the same recruiter who emailed me the rejection email. I replied back with a nice message saying thank you, i’d still be interested if they were, blah blah. (i got laid off and need a new job.) but its like ???? Of course, 5 days post message and she hasn’t answered me.
