Received verbal offer and ghosted?
Interviewed last Wednesday, at the end of the interview they said I’m a good fit and to send my start date so I can give me an offer letter by Friday and put in my 2 weeks at my current place on Monday. They went over the training, what my first week would look like + how to negotiate salary with HR. Friday comes, no letter. I send a follow up email thanking them for their time + to reach out if I need anything. Monday, no offer. I did not put in my 2 weeks luckily. Sent a follow up on Wednesday, no response. It’s Thursday now, a full week and day later. How typical is this during the interview process? Unsure if I should just mark this as ghosted or reach out another time.
