Possible remote work for ECT timezone!

I am based in Europe ECT, does anyone here have experience with working remotely with firms in the west (Canada, US) or in the east (Singapore, Japan, SK)? Which one is better for a European? And how do you manage your work? And the relationship with your employer there? I would like to have a second remote job in another timezone. I have skills and system engineering specifically in safety and reliability for transport and aerospace systems.
