Companies, especially in tech, have tough to fill reqs. Perhaps recruiters who have everything it takes to succeed by never worked at Google or top companies could all give it a go and the one who fills it starts a job right with their new hire. Could this concept ever take off? I tagged this diversity and inclusion because your TA teams’ next rockstar could be hidden at a tiny boutique agency in middle America or maybe they attended community college and never got a bachelors degree.
