Oktana Discrimination
Went through 4 rounds of interviews with a company called Oktana. Did a take home test. They checked my references. Then I had a final round with the CEO in which he spent 10 minutes grilling me about a 4 month medical leave. They then did not hire me. I was a clear top candidate and he decided to break the law (it was FMLA leave) and then discriminated against me for a disability. As if my job search hasn’t been hard enough, to get grilled about my debilitating disability was the icing on the cake. Beware of OKTANA.
