No offers, multiple interviews

I have done a bunch of interviews recently and either get ghosted or rejected. I do research on the company, study on whats happening in the sector i want to work in, what it means for the company, i highlight how my past skills align with the job im applying to …etc and still nothing. I had a good internship where i was offered a spot and out of nowhere a week prior to my internship ending i was just told they werent offering me the spot anymore. Every intern that was with me at that time has found a full time job in that sector (even in that same company we interned at) , and me im doing admin work in a whole different sector (something not even related to waht ive studied). I got a master's in the meantime but it's been so draining. Today i had an interview i was super excited for and i was basically told in my face i had a junior profile and they werent sure whether they had the capacities to train peoplelike me, but it was for a junior position... I dont even know what to think, i sometimes get unmotivated to keep applying for jobs, i've been applying for 9 months and nothing, done endless interviews and nothing. I want to quit the job in currently in, its making me miserable, but i cant just have nothing…. I did a great interview a month ago, they told me they will let me know probs first few weeks of july and now its almost the end of july and heard nothing back which im assuming means that i did not get chosen and that they are going with someone else and they ahvent yet notified the ones not chosen. It just sucks so much that ive been doing so many interviews and still get nothing Any advice…
