Nightmare turned positive

I have been with my current company my entire career, 12 plus years. Worked my way up slowly. A few months ago, I was advised my position was being relocated. Zero help would be given to pack it all up and move. I was devastated. I spent hours scrolling job boards, applying and hustling. I probably applied to over 150 positions. Internally I did about 20, received one interview, and didn’t get the role. My only hits the first two months were duds. Final interview for a remote role that would be a lateral move didn’t happen. The other option I received an offer but the vibes were terrible and it would have been a pay decrease. About a month ago things started coming to life. I was actively interviewing with 6 jobs at one time. One offer I declined because the commute would have been a nightmare and another pay decrease. I was really trying to bet on myself. This week, one of my top options offered me a role. It’s a great, respected company, and a 15% pay increase. I think using AI to help tweak my resume helped. I guess receiving so many interviews isn’t this common, but my resume is nothing fancy. It featured work at one company with hourly roles.
