Never passed any job screening unless i have a strong referral.

As the title mentions, I've never had my CV pass any CV screening unless I had a very strong referral. Currently I'm applying for a lot of jobs and I wasn't able to get any interview till now. Any pointers on how to improve my CV. Or if you have any idea what's wrong with it that's deterring recruiters. External Link External Link
