A
losing hope and been spiraling
Hi! I’m a 27F with around 4-5 years of experience in SEO. My weakest area is interviewing. I know how to tailor my resume and can always get the interview. I usually always pass the recruiter/hr stage as well but once I’m actually in the video interview - I freeze up. I have a Google Doc I usually have pulled up when I’m interviewing with all my answers/notes so I can look at it whenever I blank but once a question I wasn’t prepared for gets asked, I panic and don’t know what to do. I wanna get better at articulating myself on the spot but it’s just so hard - any tips? Also is there any hope? I literally don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel
