Likelihood of Getting Epi Position
Hey everyone, I'm posting to see what people's opinions are of the likelihood of me getting this position. I'm thinking about the first week of August A bit about my background (relevant exp): - B.S. Biology, B.S. Health Science - MPH Epidemiology - 1 year exp as an internship and practicum spearheading a retrospective data analysis project/study with an Infection prevention and epi department using EMRs along with learning other IP related duties and other small analysis projects. Used SAS, EPIC and Excel extensively - Various experience over 2-3 yrs working in labs -Contractual Water Sampler for an MD county health department for around 7 months -Currently a merit employee training as a full time EHS for the same county I worked for contractually The Epi Position: - DOSE Epidemiologist : "This positi…
