Job Hunting

Hey everyone, just jumping on here to see if anyone else experiences the same frustrations with job hunting as I do. Things like not hearing back from applications, struggles to find roles, getting no feedback from roles we are rejected from, experience gaps (jobs which want 5 years' experience for a near to minimum wage salary), etc. The list goes on really. Not to mention getting bounced by AI lol. What are your biggest frustrations when job searching? If you could wave a magic wand to have a tool be created that would help you overcome those frustrations and increase your chances of success in the market, what would it look like? Here's to more job hunting success!
