JLL hiring process

I had a phone screen appointment scheduled with JLL, I applied directly on their website and was receiving updates via email and text regarding my interview. On the day of my scheduled phone screen, I never received a call or any emails about it being cancelled or anything. I emailed the talent acquisition hoping to get it rescheduled but no one responded and the role is still listed. Has anyone experienced this?
