Is it too early to apply for other jobs?

Hi all, I want to ask for opinions on what I should do. For context I’m a 24M. About a month ago, I started a new job in Seattle for a major corporation as a software engineer (big smiley company). I’ve told myself to give it a chance but I’ve gotten to the point where I dread being at the office. I had a software job for about a year for a startup after my Bachelors that went upside down when I left to start my Master’s. My current job is my first post-Master’s. During my Master’s, I loved doing research, and found it’s been the most fulfilling work I’ve done to this point. The work I do at big smiley feels meaningless and non-stimulating. I’m not sure if it’s just this company that makes me feel soulless. Is it too early to start applying for different jobs? Do all big tech companies feel soulless? Any general advice on my situation?
