Interview feedback.

I had went to an interview at this place. Showed up 10 minutes early so I didn’t expect the interviewer to be 100% ready. She had stated the normal person that does interviews is on leave, I took that as a bad sign because obviously there’s a reason someone else does interviews and not her. Took her around 5 minutes to pull up my resume (I should just start coming with it printed at this point) and pull up the interview questions. The job was for a caregiver position, I have almost 10 years experience in this field. During the interview she was getting messages from staff and was responding back to them, none of them were urgent and I understood because again I’ve worked in this field. She also was stating the whole time how it’s a Monday and she has no idea what’s on her schedule for the rest of the day or the next couple days. She also hadn’t checked the work schedule and didn’t know if they had my availability, the person I sent my application to was the recruiter for the company which has a whole bunch of LLC assisted livings under it. Told her my pay what I wanted and she said due to company policy she could offer me $.50 less than what I requested. Okay cool, this was not my only option. Turns out today I received an email saying they are moving forward with other candidates. As I was butt hurt I ended up politely sending a message just saying how the interview process was unprofessional in my opinion and thanked the company for their time.
