I'm not doing your stupid personality assessment

Really, what am I supposed to say to this? And how could my answer possibly be informative to anyone? Or how about the ones that are like, "Are you a hard worker?" Who's going to say no to that? How is this remotely helpful? How about looking at my resume and hiring me for my skills? Can we try that?
