I’m losing my mind

Hello all. This is my first time posting here. I’ve been trying to get a job since a year and I’m losing hopes day by day which makes me not want to do anything. My question is how do I exactly tailor my resume to each Job description and get interviews. I’ve given a lot of screenings, some interviews and what not. Some companies act very unprofessional and they act like nothing happened. Please help me out here. I am genuinely struggling.
