Idk if I should leave or not
So i work remotely for a startup as a Lead Engineer, and there is no work from like 2 weeks. Everyday I join scrum and I have to tell them that there is no work. Problem is that Managers knows and everyday he asks whatt is going on your end. Ugh! I don't know what to do. I joined this startup 6 months ago, delivered and completed 2 projects till now but I feel that they hire me to fix their slop code which I did in a record time. Now they don't have any more work for me. What are your suggestions what should i do now? Should I just tell manager not to ask me as he already knows there is no work. I have been appplying to other jobs as well on side but so far no luck.
