I think a lot of freshers make this one mistake while looking for jobs

This isn't based on any study or anything. Just something I noticed while helping a friend look for work. He kept saying there were "no jobs," but every day he was searching for the exact same office roles and expecting different results. After a while, someone told him to stop filtering out blue collar and gray collar jobs just because they weren't what he had originally planned to do. Honestly, it made a bigger difference than I expected. Within a few weeks he started getting interview calls and eventually accepted one. His thinking was pretty simple: having some experience is better than sitting at home waiting for the perfect opportunity. It kind of changed my perspective too. I feel like a lot of freshers ignore these roles because everyone is chasing the same handful of office jobs. Has anyone else noticed this, or was your first job something completely different from what you originally wanted?
