I just got rejected from a job I didn't even apply for

I started a job application at this place (they use icims) but I never submitted the application. I barely filled out anything. In fact a couple weeks ago I got an automated message reminding me to finish my application. But I never did. Well today I just got a rejection email from them. Wtf?
