I feel for them.

The job market is so bad that the people i know who are capable and talented have started doubting themselves for not being able to crack one interview like dude it's not your fault that you don't have a 1/1 strike rate. It's the fucked up economy's fault that it is unable to provide you with enough job opportunities.
