How hard is it to get a job
So here is my context: My main questions are: I'm currently trying to figure out what would be the best career move at this stage. I already have a 10 LPA PPO, but I'm not sure whether I should stay, join a larger company, target product companies, or focus on improving my skills and try for better opportunities after gaining more experience. Would really appreciate advice from people who have been in a similar situation, especially those who started from a Tier-2/3 college and moved into good product-based or larger companies. If you were in my position, what would you do?
