How do you keep track of 30+ job applications without losing your mind?
I'm about 2 months into my job search and the number of applications has gotten completely out of hand. Different resume versions for different roles, no idea which version I sent where, follow-up dates I keep forgetting, and half the companies just ghost me anyway so I don't even know which ones are still "alive." I started a spreadsheet but honestly I stopped updating it after week 2 because it felt like a second job. Curious what everyone else actually does. Do you use a spreadsheet? Notion? Some app? Or do you just apply and forget? And if you do have a system, what's the most annoying part of it?
