How do you all practice self-care when navigating the job search process? ❤️ stay strong all of you.

Graduated from my MPH in June but finished in December 2025. Haven’t been able to land a public health job in Ontario or Canada… I see my peers get really good jobs and even jobs that I applied to yet didn’t even get an acknowledgement or interview invite. While I’m happy for my peers and friends, I’m getting really frustrated with employers (not my peers or employees or job seekers) because like I see them as closing doors for many people who were once in their shoes. But I want to be more optimistic (my mother is encouraging me to be positive daily). I walk my dog, play games when I can and play soccer as a hobby for self-care. But the rejections after a handful of interviews, the ghosting, etc. it really does get to me… and days go by and by…
