How do I do well in an interview if they don't ask me any damn questions?
I've been trying to get my first job for about a good few months now, I rarely get interviews but the few I've gotten (all for entry level customer service jobs.) They never ask me any questions about myself or what I can bring to the job, they only ever ask me about my availability. And I'm literally available at any time. I always smile ask questions and make a little bit of small talk with them so they get to know me a tiny bit beyond my schedule. But they always reject me. I spend hours learning about the job and how to respond to interview questions just for them to not ask me any and to just waist my time. Can anyone get me some advice on how I can do well in an interview like this?
