Outbound Operator, full-time, remote (Philippines) You'll run cold email for a B2B agency day to day: loading and running campaigns, keeping sends clean, handling the inbox, sorting replies, following up, keeping the CRM tidy and sending simple reports. This is an execution role. You work inside the client's tools and run their playbook. It's not a strategy or system-building role. Must have: real cold email experience.
