Getting anxious

Interviewing with a healthcare firm and completed second round of interview nearly 2 weeks ago, the job was closed when i started the process and they said they are willing to move fast! Interviews went well, i haven’t heard back from recruiter even after 2 weeks (they told me it will take 2 weeks to hear back) and just now they re-opened the job. My application still shows under consideration, what should i make out of it? I had positive feedback from both the interviewers, i am just mentally f#%?**d rn.
