Feeling stuck in my job search. .Job Hunt Stuck After 40 Days, Need Advice Please!!!
I've been applying for jobs through LinkedIn, Naukri (I even got the Pro version on both), and Indeed for the past 40 days or so. I've also reached out to friends for referrals, but most of them have said hiring has slowed down at their companies or that there aren't any openings right now. I have 1.8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, and I'm starting to feel really exhausted. it's becoming difficult to stay motivated while working there every day. If anyone has been in a similar situation or has any advice on what else I can do, I'd really appreciate it. If your company is hiring for Data Analyst roles or you're open to giving a referral, I'd be grateful as well. Thanks in advance.
