Does that mean I have no hope when I got Middle in my job assessment?

I just received an assessment result after submitting my job application, and my score is marked as 'Middle'. Does this mean my CV is directly thrown straight into the bin, and the recruiter won't even bother reading it? Does my CV have zero chance of ever being reviewed？
